School Opinion Survey 2016



The School Opinion Survey is undertaken each year to obtain opinion information from parents/caregivers, students and school staff to help schools identify what they do well, and how they can improve.

The letter of invitation (blue form) contains the access codes needed to log in to complete the survey for the 2016 School Opinion Survey.   These letters were sent home two weeks ago. Please check your child's bag if you haven't seen it . 

Once you have your access codes from the letter, just click on the following link to complete your survey.

The access codes for the online survey are not linked to individuals, and you cannot be identified in the survey results that will be reported back to the school, or by the department. 

The online survey will be available until 29 July 2016 and should take less than ten minutes to complete.
Please note that the electronic survey will not be completed until you have clicked the 'Submit Survey' button at the bottom of the final page. Once submitted, you cannot view nor change your survey responses.

Later in the year, the school will receive a report outlining the results of the survey for our school.  The results will help the school to evaluate and to reflect on how well the school is going, and to identify the areas for future development.  The survey results are also an important part of the school’s annual report.  For these reasons, I hope you will complete the questionnaire and help make the school a better place for your child(ren).
