Last week each family received a letter outlining the changed process for Education Queensland’s School Opinion Survey.
In the past this survey was sent home as a paper survey, to only a very limited number of families who were selected by a pre-determined mathematical process (set by the Education Department).
The letter your family received was sent to all families and requested that parents/caregivers visit a website and complete a short survey in which you state your opinions about our school.
As of this morning, only 57 out of 250 families have completed the survey. The data collected from this survey is important as it gives us valuable feedback about the processes and programs that are in place, and guides our future planning.
It is important that we have a good cross section of our community responding so that we can be confident in our decisions that are based on this data.
The online school opinion survey is open until 3rd August 2014.
