​​Pool

Our school is fortunate to have a 25 metre heated pool that is used by our students in terms 1 and 4 for PE swimming classes.

Our pool is also home to the Mayfield Marlins Swim Club and Mayfield Swim School ​who conduct learn to swim classes and squad training.

Our pool is also available for hire to other schools or groups who meet the hire requirements of the Dept. of Education.  Please contact the school office for more information on (07) 3843 7333 or email admin@mayfieldss.eq.edu.au.

Sporting grounds

Our school has very generous open spaces including two ovals, that our students use for various school events

• Lunch time Play
• Athletics Carnivals
• Cross County & Fun Run events
  
• Gala Sports events
• Cinema in the Suburbs 
• Outside Sporting  Providers - Soccer x Program, AFL Auskick etc.

Our top oval has recently been fully refurbished  and has cricket nets at one end and soccer goals at the other.  The Lower oval includes a  concrete cricket pitch and line marking for athletics events.

We also have the facility to hire these ovals to other schools and community clubs for weekend fixtures and fitness classes.

Tennis Courts

Our school has 2 tennis courts that are available to hire for social tennis.
