Enrolment Process for Mayfield State School
Step 1. Initial contact
The first step in our enrolment process if for you to contact the office to request an enrolment form or to download one from our webpage. We often have parents contact the school to organise a tour or talk about specific programs and support. We are happy to chat and arrange a time for you and your child to take a walk around our grounds and see the many different programs and resources that Mayfield has to offer.
Step 2. Returning Enrolment Forms
On completion of the enrolment forms please submit these to our administration. As part of this process our office staff will make a time that is suitable for you to return for an enrolment interview.

Step 3. Meet & Greet
This is an opportunity for you to meet the principal or deputy principal and share important information about your child. We see this as a very important step in our process so that we support the needs of students and make each student’s transition to Mayfield as supportive and smooth as possible.
